This Flash Slave Unit--Rotating from Nisha allows you to set up a portable flash that can be triggered by the light of your on-camera flash. This slave unit detects light in a 180° area and triggers a flash in its hot shoe. It has a shoe mount/tripod socket in the bottom and includes two PC female outlets. The slave unit is not affected by sunlight or incandescent light.

If I connect this to a canon speedlite 430exiii-rt can I trigger it using any strobe?
While you could use this slave with a 430EX III RT for optical triggering, it has not been tested. Your results may vary.

The Nisha Flash Slave Unit--Rotating will not work with the TG-7's built-in flash set to command mode.

what is the function of the two PC Female Outlets?
The two extra pc sockets are for attaching additional flashes to be fired at the same time as the flash in the shoe or if you have a handle mount flash that has no shoe.

this is a old school slave to trigger off a main source. ir flashes are a whole different setup.
