Not a robust design to handle large mirrorless or DSLR cameras. suited for smaller 4:3 cameras. Quality is lacking in materials and manufacturing.

Is the tripod mounting screw double threaded? I want to mount a video monitor on it and be able too mount the camera on a tripod

Unfortunately, the Nisha Flash Bracket (Z-Type) does not have a screw opening on the bottom. It cannot be placed on a tripod. It is made to be used handheld.
