Using this with the FW759 on-camera monitor and it works great; fits snugly. The only critique I have is that the cord could be a little longer.

Is this power supply regulated, or unregulated?
This is an unregulated supply and will work well with the listed Shure products and the RemoteAudio SpeakEasy devices as well. Iit may also work with other devices that require a: 12 Volt, 1.5 Amp low profile power supply 2.1mm coaxial connector Center Pin + (positive)

will this work with the blackmagic micro cinema ...
will this work with the blackmagic micro cinema camera breakout cable?
Not that we are aware of. This part is only for the Remote Audio Speakeasy series. We are not aware of it being able to work with Blackmagic products.
