It does what it advertises - allows you to mount an Anton Bauer battery to the shoulder pad of a Cavision shoulder rig. The included battery mount isn't an Anton Bauer part (and not very useful), but most people are going to replace it with a camera-specific battery adapter anyway. It comes with the mounting hardware, which is not pictured.
