The Xserve Server from Apple is an enterprise-quality network server, powered by two quad-core Intel Xeon X5500 "Nehalem" CPUs and 3GB of RAM. The CPUs run at 2.93GHz, but can be overclocked to 3.333GHz via Intel Turbo Boost. It is loaded with the Mac OS X Server 10.6 "Snow Leopard" operating system. Apple Xserve Overview

The Xserve Server from Apple is an enterprise-quality network server, powered by two quad-core Intel Xeon X5500 "Nehalem" CPUs and 3GB of RAM. The CPUs run at 2.93GHz, but can be overclocked to 3.333GHz via Intel Turbo Boost. It is loaded with the Mac OS X Server 10.6 "Snow Leopard" operating system. The system ships with a 160GB SATA hard drive. Two drive bays are available to add additional storage via SATA or SAS Apple Drive Modules.

Housed in a 1U rackmount form factor, the server features dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, two PCI Express expansion slots, two FireWire-800 ports, three USB 2.0 ports, and one DB-9 serial port. It features an nVIDIA GeForce GT 120 graphics card with 256MB of memory, and a SuperDrive DVD burner.
