The Kodak Gripping Tripod - Small (Red) is a lightweight, tabletop-style tripod with a "twist": flexible rubberized legs.

These legs, which when extended measure 10.25", can be wrapped around objects such as trees, posts, and poles so you can mount your point & shoot or pocket video camera in unexpected locations to achieve exotic angles. The rubberized leg surfaces ensure a non-slip grip.

Closer to the ground, the tripod's infinitely flexible legs can achieve a level base of support on wildly uneven surfaces. The tripod mounts almost any camera via its standard 1/4"-20 screw.
