Articulating Arm for Mounting PIX-220, PIX-240, and PIX-E Series is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy I needed a friction arm to mount a PIX-E5H on a shoulder rig, and considered more expensive options, such as the Bright Tangerine Titan Support Arm, the Noga CineArm, and the Wooden Camera Ultra Arm. At this price point, I figured it couldn't hurt to give the PIX-ARM a shot. A crucial piece of information about the arm was confusing from the description, though, and that was whether the ends were 1/4" or 3/8", or one of both. I decided to roll the dice. Turns out both ends are 1/4", and then you also get the extender/shoe mount. That was just what I needed. After wrestling a bit with the arm, which can be a bit finicky, it ended up cooperating, and the mount seems pretty sturdy. Not a fan of how one head can still rotate once the arm is tightened down, but at this price I can't really complain, since I saved a bundle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very sturdy, great mounting option This mounting arm is absolutely solid. I'd give it 5 stars if it were just a tad less heavy - the Pearstone arm of the same size is lighter, though not quite as strong. For most users the weight shouldn't be a problem - I mount my Israeli arms to the front of my handheld camera rig, and I have a pretty front-heavy rig already, so I try to minimize weight on the front as much as possible. Overall, great arm!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Solution I tried several means of attaching my monitor to my teleprompter. None really worked well. Finally, I resorted to my camcorder's shoe with this articulating arm. If I had used this in the beginning, I would have saved time & trouble.
