The silver and red SHAPE Compact Quick Handle ARRI Rosette consists of a left- and right-hand articulating arm with rubber handgrip. Each arm features a rosette with an M6 metric screw for attaching the handle to cameras and baseplates with ARRI rosettes. Each handle features two points of articulation actuated with SHAPE's patented quick-lock buttons.

SHAPE Dual Handgrip Set Overview

The arms attach via the rosettes allowing you to select the attachment angle. Each arm also has two each 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes with anti-twist indents for attaching accessories. The quick-lock buttons are located at the articulation points, one towards your baseplate and the other controlling the angle of the rubber handgrip.

Incorporates SHAPE's patented quick-lock buttons

Consists of a handle and an arm

Quick-lock button located at the articulation between the handle and the arm allows you to rotate the arm up to a full 360°

Pushing and holding down the quick-lock button allows rotating the arm/handle, and releasing it keeps the handle locked and firmly in place

Is it possible to remove the rubber handles and ...

Is it possible to remove the rubber handles and pop on another rosette handle, such as the tilta nucleus grips?

We actually have an adaptor available for the Nucleus grips that you can find here: https://www.shapewlb.com/shape-nucleus-handle-clamp-relocator You simply remove the rubber handles including the aluminum clamp with an allen key and insert the designed clamp for it. Can this exact set be used on the fx9? It seems like the right side handle can work as an extension handle as well

This is designed specifically for URSA Mini cameras. Also, the FX9 does not have a rosette on the left hand side for it. It cannot be used with the FX9.

Can this connect to the Shape Rod Bloc?

Hello Jay, Thank you for your question! Although it would work as an assembly with both parts, you would be better off purchasing our handles with the rod bloc on it directly. The design is way better and you wouldn't have to assemble it. Can the arms be mounted to the opposite side? As in right arm with grip on left side and vice versa?

We do not see why you could not mount the handles of he SHAPE BlackMagic URSA Mini Handles Kit on the opposite side of the camera.
