Is the Sony compatible with the Astell&Kern Kann Cube 5 pin XLR out to the dual 3 pin XLR input on the Burson Conductor Reference 3x? Thanks
No. According to the following page from Astell & Kern, they use a mini 5-pin XLR connector that is not the same size, or shape as the 5-pin connector on the Sony stereo XLR cable.

question
Will this cable work perfectly with the Sony ECM-MS957 - Stereo Condenser Microphone please? Thank you for your time in advance
It should work as it seems the same as the original Sony ECM-MS957. Sony wires their stuff differently on occasion. As long as its a Sony cable it should work. If you want to double check with Sony it would be a good idea.
