A DIGIC 4 Image Processor and sensitivity up to ISO 3200 makes it possible to capture beautiful pictures even in low light using programs like Handheld Night Scene and Best Image Selection (which takes 5 photos in rapid succession and picks the best). A vast range of shooting modes gives you the best possible photo for any given situation: Portrait, Kids & Pets, High-Speed Burst (shoots 8.8 frames/second),  Smart Auto, Super Vivid (for the most saturated colors), Fisheye, Miniature, Beach, Foliage, Snow, Fireworks, Stitch Assist (for making awesome panoramas from 3 photos)--you get the picture, right?
