Sharp PN-TPC1 Overview

The Sharp PN-TPC1 Optional Signage Controller is an optimized player which offers reliable 1080p video playback. Based on NVIDIA ION architecture, the full-featured high definition PC is designed for use with Sharp PN-E series LCD display monitors. Allowing you to run most third party software and custom applications, the 160GB hard disk comes preloaded with a day trial version of the Sharp SDSS digital signage software.

Offering support for 1080p video signals, the PN-TPC1 provides hardware assisted support for formats such as MPEG2, H.264, and WM9, and provides a full complement of video outputs which include HDMI, DVI, and VGA. It allows control using RS232 signals via the RS232 port. Housed in an all metal chassis, the PN-TPC1 optional signage controller features a custom mounting bracket designed to attach behind the PN-E series professional monitor.
