The fist pair I got had a short or break in the wire at the plug so you had to wiggle it to get them to play in both ears. I exchanged them for a second set and the second set is better, but still cuts out from time to time in the right ear. They are not very loud; I have to turn my MP3 player to full volume, but I guess that's a problem with these lightweight headphones. Anyway, I have to keep these because it took over 3 weeks to finally get them due to slow shipping and turn around time on the exchange. I think I'll be shopping for a replacement soon.
