The Lo-Z to Lo-Z or Hi-Z Impedance Matcher XLR Female to 1/4" Male from Sescom is a rugged transformer that lets you connect equipment with Low-Z XLR outputs to devices with either Lo-Z or Hi-Z 1/4" inputs. The simple switch lets you chose whether it acts as a low-to-low or low-to-high transformer. The unit has an XLR female connector at one end and a 1/4" male connector at the other.
