Hi I order a Manfrotto 241S her in Montreal Quebec Canada. When it arrived 2 weeks later, I try it and it was defective, the suction was not working :-( . I call B&H service explain and report the problem they say no problem, they sand me an other 241S no charge and I keep the the defective one they say. Thank you B&H.
