These replacements fail time after time. Over aprox 8 year period I have ordered replacements about 8 times and they keep stripping out.

Was on a photo shoot and on the way home or to the next shoot, I lost the top knob of my Manfrotto 1051B light stand. Went straight to B&H to get one replacement, and they only sold them as a 3 pack and shipped to me. They fit perfectly, and now I have two spares put away.
