this crank handle is exactly the same as the original one on the tripod. it fits perfectly

The crank is made for the Bogen and Manfrotto tripods, it wouldn't work on a slick tripod without modifications if at all. Sorry....

Sorry but the Manfrotto 190X3 cannot use a crank because there is no way to add one.

Hi! Is there anyway to add this CRANK on the easy link part? To use with the Manfrotto 190X3. What are the sizes of this crank?

Its not as simple as that. The 190X3 doesn't have a gearbox so there is no way to turn that tripod into a geared tripod.
