The included Switronix PB70-F324 PowerBase 70 battery supplies 14.8V power to both the camera and the kit's Switronix GP-H56S on-camera light, a daylight-balanced LED model that puts out the equivalent of a 100W incandescent light but draws only 16W of power. (The battery is rated to power the PMW-F3 for 2.5 to 3 hours.) The kit also includes a Switronix PB70C PowerBase battery charger for replenishing the PB70-F324.
