It was rated highly with only some slight wear and tear. Upon receiving it the top rubber head was missing. Opening it up to extend it sticks and gets jammed and sounds like there is sand in it. This should have been advertised as such not giving it such a high rating for this used item. I am very skeptical now moving forward to get anything from the used department. I would of rather just bought a new one vs the condition this is in.
