According to Manfrotto's spare parts website, it does not list the 3021 (which has had several model variations over the many years) as a compatible tripod.

So how does this product work exactly? Judging by the description, I am having this problem, but I don't understand how you use this. (I lost my lock wrench.. didn't know it was at the time!) Thanks.
These wrenches would allow you to tighten the bolts on certain Manfrotto tripods and monopods on the fly. The rounded end would insert around the bolt that holds the flip locks in place to tighten them.

What diameter legs do these fit? There are ...
What diameter legs do these fit? There are several wrenches listed here only by the part number of their corresponding tripods. I have several different flip-lock tripods. If you just listed the diameters each wrench fits ordering would be much easier.
Unfortunately Manfrotto doesn't list these by diameter, only by model #. If you go here, you can put your model in and see which ones fit;
