More DetailsThe magnesium head features a fluid cartridge for smooth movement. It moves freely in its photo mode, like a typical ball head. In video mode, motion is restricted to the appropriate dimensions: pan and tilt. Equipped with a reversible pan bar, the MH055M8-Q5 features a continuously adjustable pan & tilt drag that starts at zero. Counterbalance is adjustable, and the system supports loads up to 12.6 lb.
The three-section 755XB tripod reaches a maximum height of 65" (70.3" with the head attached), and it features flip-lever leg locks and a built-in 50mm bowl for +/-15° leveling.

Hi, I want this product but, I need a compatible video-tripod for the Manfrotto MH055M8-Q5 Photo-Movie. I can only see photo-tripods compatible with this model head. I have a heavy camera. This model work with vdeo-tripod 546 GB1 or similar to that?
The Manfrotto MH055M8-Q5 Tripod Head connects to any tripod that has a standard 3/8 screw. You could use a tripod like the 755XB which has a 3/8 stud. You could also purchase the Manfrotto 546B, just as long as you also purchase the 520Ball 75mm adapter which will give you the 3/8 screw to connect the head.

Is it possible to attach Really Right stuff plate (similar to arca swiss plate) to Manfrotto Q5 QR plate ?
This head works with 501PL style plates out of the box. It does not accept Arca Style plates. However, you could always install a Lever-Release Clamp like B&H # RERELESECLMP to the head. Once you have this installed you will be able to use usa Arca Style Plates.
