Waterproof SLR Camera Bag is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good for Light Rain only - I use this for backpacking - Adequate for: very light rain; protection against sand/dirt & abrasions; carrying while hiking/backpacking - INADEQUATE for: steady rain and immersion- poor quality control allows large leaks and poor design allows small leaks (sic); once water enters bag, the mesh will absorb it and it will stay wet

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! This product works as intended. It is basically just a dry sack in the shape of a SLR or DSLR camera. I used it while kayaking with a Cannon 6D and a 24-105mm lens. I found that there was plenty of room to slide in the camera (with the lens attached) then roll down the top. There is a small, open mesh pocket inside but it really does not provide much room for storage. This bag has one purpose -- to keep your camera dry in wet conditions. It serves that purpose well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could use padding I bought this product for a week long canoe trip. And while for the most part it protected my camera, there were a couple instances where I had my doubts. It rained very hard one day, and the bag became damp - and my DSLR had moisture under the LCD screen. I can't say if I introduced the water when reaching into the bag or not. I dried it out over the fire and I was fine from then on. I also feel like the bag could use more padding too. The bag is really nothing more than a regular dry bag with a few clips on the outside. I was hoping for a bit more protection. I'll hold onto it as my camera survived the trip and I got some great pictures. It was worth it to risk bringing the DSLR over the point-and-shoot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Protection for my Digital SLR I am an avid photographer but have, regretfully, avoided using my primary digital SLR camera when canoing or kayaking due to the risk of capsizing or otherwise having my camera end up int eh water. With the Waterproof SLR Camera Bag by Overboard, this fear has been allevated and I am now using it in wet environments ... even when raining. so far, I have not had to face the chance of testing whetehr the bag is truly waterproof, but during a recent rain storm, it worked perfectly!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks like it'll do the job Bought this bag to protect our camera from splashes when going on shore excursions in a Zodiac as part of a cruise. Haven't tried it out yet, but it is big enough to easily accommodate a Nikon D7000 with battery pack and 28-300mm lens with lots of room for the fold-over seal. While we hope never to need to try this out, the fold-over sealing process seems to leave enough air in the bag to allow some degree of flotation. And when empty, it folds flat so easy to store in our bags and - I hope - large pockets when the camera is not in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If You Value Your Camera I'm usually out shooting just before a storm, trying to capture lightning and clouds. I have found the Waterproof Overboard DSLR Camera Bag to be one of the best investments I've ever made as I value my camera and can't imagine having it damaged from a sudden downpour. There is more than enough room for my Fujifilm HS 20 EXR and compact EF 20 flash unit along with a small charging unit and remote shutter release. I now take it with me even on sunny days as I never know if I'll be going into swap areas, rivers or beaches.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad I bought this to use with my D800 while on my snowmobile. It's ok for that but it's lack of padding is more of a problem then I thought it would be. It's not really waterproof either I tested it and submerged it in water and it let some in. On a good not it does do what I need it to do and with a little modification it should be fine. Plus with its price it's a no brainier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost right! I have a D300 with an 80-400 telephoto that I want to use for wildlife photography from a kayak. The camera and long lens fit into the bag snugly. To assure a water tight seal, the instructions suggest that the top be rolled down four folds. I only am able to roll two folds. For a shorter lens, it would be fine.
