OverBoard OB1094 Reviews
Not Waterproof
I bought this on the recommendation from B&H. IT was closed properly as instructed. About 1-2 lts of sea salt water got inside my back when the waves were pretty crazy as I kayaked back to catch my ferry. All my gear got ruined. My Z6 camera and my 2 Z lenses. Please dont buy this. Get a pelican case instead.
Very Nice Deck Bag
I am avid kayaker that has a lot of experience using various brands of dry bags. This is a good one. I actually do not use it for my camera gear (watershed is my favorite for keeping very expensive gear safe in adverse situations), but I would use this for quick access to a camera if I had too. The buckles are well made and durable. The bag is a heavier PVC material that will take some abuse. The external zipper pocket seems to be waterproof. Pro tip: Do not secure this bag to bungee cord on the your kayak deck. Use a non stretch line such as 550 cord.
