Sad to say. but I purchased this *after* dropping my iPad into the tub. Luckily I was able to replace it with insurance, but I'm not taking any chances. The plastic is very clear so the screen is easy to read and the touch control works as if it weren't there. The handle at the back makes it easy to hold. The only complaint is how difficult it is to slide the 4 closure mechanisms. That might get easier with use but there isn't much area on the closures to get good purchase with your fingers and the slide is very stiff. All in all, an excellent purchase.

No, the OverBoard Waterproof iPad Pouch is too small for a 12.5 inch ipad.
