Rated 1 out of 5 by from COMPLETELY OVERPRICED Is this a good case? Absolutely. But the price is completely ludicrous. You can get the Petrol PTB-3 (which is the exact same case, only blue) from B&H for under $150. What are you paying for in this case? The Sachtler logo on the side. This case is actually manufactured by Petrol for Sachtler... you figure it out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pricey, but quality bag The price of this bag is insane. Just like anything Sachtler, it isn't cheap, but made of quality material and great features. I tried buying a Tenba bag (also great quality), but was too bulky. I fit my Sachtler Video 18 S1 head w/CF Speedlock legs in here comfortably and snug. Great interior zippered pocket for my VCT plate and nice business card holder on the outside. The plastic skid plates on the bottom of the bag ensure you aren't sliding your sticks across the ground and scratching them. Like anything in this industry...you get what you pay for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good soft case I got this case in place of a hard case since I find myself traveling a bit less and needing something less bulky. The bag fits great over the shoulder and is comfortable. I am a bit weary of the head and have added a addtl. padding to that part of the bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive but sturdy Pro - long enough to fit my tripod Con - strap is a bit odd. the tripod head is at the bottom (meaning the weight is at the bottom of the bag) - cause the strap and padding is by the feet (i.e. top of the bag). This makes it a bit awkward to swing over your shoulder and walk. If the weight was at the top (where our shoulder is), then that would make it less of a pendulum. Anyhow, I think it's still a well built bag despite the high cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it's supposed to do I'm a DP/cameraman and have used a lot of tripod cases. What I like about this case is its weight and portability. What I don't like is its price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made. Holds the tripod secure and has several extra pockets for accessories. It's a nice thing to carry your $7K tripod in :)
