The Foma Fomadon P (W37) is a two-component, powder form, metol-hydroquinone negative film developer. It is designed for manual processing of all types of black-and-white films, in perforated, roll or sheet form. The Fomadon P produces images in neutral black tone. The supplied contents of the package can make about 0.26 gallons (1 liter) of working solution. Dissolve the contents of both the smaller and larger bags in 3 cups (700 ml) of water (104° F / 40° C) and after complete dissolution, add water until you reach the maximum volume of 0.26 gallons (1 liter).
One package of Fomadon P is enough to develop 10 perforated films (135-36) or roll films (120), or a corresponding amount of sheet films (up to 25 5.0 x 7.0" / 12.7 x 17.8 cm sheets). This developer is similar to the Kodak D-76 or Ilford ID-11 film developers.
