Poor handling by B and H

The neoprene sleeve is fine, but it came folded in half and has a permanent crease. Functional, but looks crummy. This is entirely B and H's fault. There was no need to fold it even in the box it came in. In fact, I returned the first one I ordered and they replaced it, but the second one also was folded and also has the crease. I had always thought that B and H was a careful company. Now, my confidence has been shaken.

I bought this for my new iPad Air 5. In the past, I've used a screen protector for my iPads, but this time I wanted to try without, so I needed something to protect the surface when not in use. I rarely take it out of my house, so was not concerned about breakage, but more about things like my dog walking on it or my accidentally putting something on top of it that might scratch the surface. The sleeve fits perfectly, is very easy to use, and I can even charge the iPad while it's in the sleeve.
