The Touch Mouse from Microsoft is a stellar, sleek, wireless way to work on your Windows 7 computer. Instead of having to double and single click, this mouse features a touch-sensitive surface that accepts different commands based on whether you are using one, two, or three fingers with it. In effect, the touch surface is designed to give you a more fluid experience as you work on your computer and is designed to help you be more productive with less effort. You can also program the right and left sides to function in a similar manner to right and left click buttons.
