DigiTech WHAMMYDT Reviews

Believe the hype!

This pedal is really a major addition to my guitar pedals setup. It's Whammy signature feature is simply outstanding, especially when set to Dive Bomb. I liked it most, then it's harmonizer section, which is very nice sounding, although I wish it has an effect level, in order to control the volume of the second harmonized guitar. The detune section works perfectly if set to 2 stops below or up, but lower or higher than this, you feel a small lag (delay) between the time you strum the strings and you hear the sound. It's a very small delay, but you can still feel it. Overall, this is a great pedal, with lots of cool features that will surely add to the sound and make you stand out as a lead guitarist. Highly recommended!
