The Leica IC was a scientific/technical Leica manufactured between 1949 and 1952. It was based on the Leica IIIC but it does not have a rangefinder,viewfinder or slow shutter speeds.
Scientific cameras are generally used in combination with a microscope.The Leica IC camera has two accessory shoes enabling the user to attach rangefinder and viewfinder allowing the camera to be used for general photography.
