ASUS MB16ACE Overview

The ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACE 15.6" 16:9 IPS Monitor is a slim, compact USB-powered display that's easily transportable for use on-the-go. With USB Type-C and Type-A connectivity, it's compatible with a wide variety of devices. Specs-wise, it's built with an IPS (In-Plane Switching panel) that features a 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, an 800:1 static contrast ratio, and a 250 nits brightness rating for crisp, clear details and vivid colors. Included with this display is a Smart Case, which also doubles as a stand.

Smart Case
The ZenScreen comes with a Smart Case, which doubles as its own stand supporting both portrait and landscape viewing modes and has a dedicated pen hole slot for a stylus.
Connectivity
The ZenScreen is built with USB Type-C connectivity, which is compatible with Thunderbolt 3, and comes with a Type-C to Type-A adapter for use with other devices. Please note the DisplayLink driver is required for a USB Type-A connection.
Automatic Screen Orientation
After downloading a driver and the DisplayWidget software, the ZenScreen can automatically adjust and rotate its display between landscape and portrait viewing modes. Please note that this function only works with Windows.
Eye Care
Asus Eye Care includes a blue light filter and flicker-free technology to help reduce eyestrain and fatigue over extended viewing sessions.

I have a large computer and wanted a screen extender, it was way to large for travel. My smaller travel computer and the Asus screen is perfect to trave the world. And that i s what I am doing next. The folding base is fun to play with too

This model doesn't include the pen, and the case is more light and simple (only covers the screen side). I also read that the screen is a little more bright, but I can't confirm this.

The Asus MB16ACE can only be used via a data connection such as USBC or USBA. HDMI adapters would not work in this case.
