A Trio of TLRs
The three distinct models in this bundle are all 6 x 6 cm-format twin lens reflex (TLR) medium format film cameras. Each has a nearly identical body design, manual focus and mechanical operation, and traditional top-down waist-level viewing. The lenses are the key differentiator between the models, with the 2,8 FX sporting an 80mm f/2.8 normal-length lens; the 4,0 FW featuring a 50mm f/4 wide-angle lens; and the 4,0 FT touting a 135mm f/4 telephoto prime.
The cameras all accept 120-format roll film and record 12 square, 6 x 6 cm frames per roll of film. They have parallax-corrected TLR designs with focal length-matched Heidosmat viewing lenses, coupled center-weighted light meters behind the mirrors, and all cameras support metering film speeds ranging from ASA/ISO 25-6400.

The broader field of view suits street, architecture, and interior subjects and is a distinct complement to the natural field of view of the traditional 2,8 FX camera. This lens has an HFT coating, a minimum focusing distance of 2', and also features a Copal leaf shutter with speeds up to 1/500-sec and flash sync at all speeds. Rounding out the trio of cameras, the other unique model of the bunch is the Rolleiflex 4,0 FT. This camera is, again, based on the 2,8 FX body but sports the Tele-Apogon 135mm f/4 prime telephoto lens. This longer lens is ideal for portraiture, still lifes, and other subjects that require a narrower, more selective field of view. It, too, has an HFT coating, a 4.9' minimum focusing distance, and the same Copal leaf shutter with speeds up to 1/500-sec and flash sync at all speeds.
