Short answer: I searched and settled on these for my rods for the Dana. Perfect, light and sturdy. I was impressed considering before these I was used to heavier material and I definitely trust my build on these sturdy things. Worth the wait for restock.

How long is each pipe? What is the total maximum length of the assembled track?
This kit comes with six 39" lengths of schedule 80 aluminum pipe. That would give you 117 inches for each side of the dolly track, which is just a bit under 10 feet of length.

Does this tubing kit work with the Dana Dolly ...
Does this tubing kit work with the Dana Dolly Universal System?
My question is because in the specifications of this kit of tubes it says that it has a diameter of 1.25 "/ 3.17 cm and for the Dana Dolly Universal System to work they recommend tubes of Outside Diameter: 1.5 to 1.9 "(3.8 to 4.8 cm).
Can someone explain to me if they have used it and if it is correct what I explain? I would not like to buy it and that it is not tight and loose.
Pipe measurements are based in the nominal inside diameter. Tubing, on the other hand, is based on the outside diameter.
Pipe outside diameter varies with the wall thickness (schedule 40 is a thinner wall than schedule 80 pipe). Tubing wall thickness varies the inside diameter.
As a common example, 1.5 inch black steel pipe is approximately 1.9 inches outside diameter.

question
Are the threads etched on to the outside of the pipe or does this come with threaded connectors?
the pipes have a thread cut inside, then they machined nipples with 2 male threads on them to join the tubes. you keep the nipple mounted on one side, and there is a protective rubber cap for when not in use.they are awesome for when you need to be moving around location, rather than dragging long pipe around.the threads are a little fine, be careful getting them started so you don't strip them.
