The PCS90UP Lens Plate for Sony FE 70-200 f/4 G OSS from Photo Clam mounts to the lens' tripod foot via its 1/4"-20 thread, and it provides a quick release mount that is compatible to Arca-type heads and clamps. The front end of the plate is machined with an anti-twist flange that the foot sits up against and prevents the lens from moving while mounted to the plate. In addition, the built-in bubble level ensures that you keep your lens leveled, and if you don't have an Arca-type quick release system available, you can always mount directly to a tripod or monopod through the plate's 1/4"-20 mounting socket.
