The black anodized, CNC-machined aluminum PLX3T Universal L-Bracket for Cameras with Articulating LCD Screens from ProMediaGear has a modular design that is composed of an Arca-type bottom and vertical plate. The bracket enables you to switch the camera quickly from a horizontal to a vertical stance without losing the center axis. The offset design of the bracket allows you to slide the L-component away to gain access to the camera's ports; at the same time, you can slide the same vertical component forward to have room for the articulating LCD screen to swing out without obstructing the screen.
The included 5/32" Allen wrench, used to loosen or tighten the parts of the bracket, is stored magnetically inside the vertical arm of the plate. Safety stops are located on both the bottom and vertical plates to prevent the camera from sliding out if the clamp is accidentally opened. An integrated camera strap adapter port is also located on the bottom plate, allowing a quick release strap system to be attached. Multiple 1/4"-20 sockets are available on the bracket for accessories, along with a built-in cold shoe at the top of the bracket.
