The Kirk NC80-400 Replacement Lens Collar is a replacement lens collar specifically designed for the Nikon AF VR Zoom-NIKKOR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED Lens. This collar will not work with the newer AF-S 80-400mm lens. It is designed to provide maximum lens support with quick, accurate and smooth rotation, and positive locking in any position.
Precisely machined from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the base is made to fit any Arca-type quick release clamp. In addition, instead of only one point of support, the NC80-400 provides an additional point of support for the lens at the other end of its plate.
