Kupo's Super Grip Double Baby Receiver provides a wide range of rotation and tilt capabilities to nearly any light stand or rigging point. Like other Kupo Super Grip products, the Double Baby Receiver uses a robust ball-head system for enhanced positioning freedom. It features two 5/8" baby receivers which may be reconfigured as 1 1/8" junior pins.
This adapter is a useful member of the Kupo Super Grip family of ball head-equipped hardware, as it adds a new dimension of adjustability to almost any stand or rigging point. Constructed from durable steel are two 5/8" baby receivers with all-metal 3/8"-16 lockdown knobs. Using this Super Grip component in this manner converts stands with baby pins to those with receivers while enabling a wider range of position adjustments. When the knobs are removed, it transforms from a baby receiver adapter to a double-sided 1 1/8" junior Super Grip finger, a particularly useful feature when the situation requires the strength of a junior stand with the flexibility of a 5/8" baby receiver. Both ends of the Super Grip Double Baby Receiver meet at a cylindrical center collar which sports 3/8-16" threads to store the knobs when utilizing the receivers as junior studs.
