Trueplay Tuning
Even without a built-in microphone, the Era 100 SL can continue to use Trueplay to analyze the acoustics of your room and tune the EQ to best match your space. All you need to do is pair the speaker with your iPhone or iPad and use the microphones in either of those mobile devices.
3-Way Playback
You have three different methods of playing music and other audio through your Era 100 SL speaker. It supports both Bluetooth and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), letting you stream from a home network, the internet, or your mobile device. Play your digital library, favorite playlist, or your favorite streaming service. The third method is wired; use the USB-C port and optional AUX cable and Sonos Line-In Adapter to connect components, such as a turntable.
Pair, Group, or Surround
While the Era 100 SL can sound great alone, it can join other Sonos speakers to expand its functionality and audio performance. Pair it with another Era 100 SL to experience true stereo separation and a larger soundstage. Group it with your other Sonos speakers to expand your whole-home audio system. You can even pair two Era 100 SL to a Sonos soundbar to use them as dedicated rear surround sound speakers.
