The VH-30LR Two-Way Monopod Head with Lever Release from Leofoto is a compact tilting head for monopods that is well suited to birdwatching and other wildlife photography. The head can tilt +/- 90°, features adjustable tension for customizing movement resistance, and has a large, ergonomic locking lever. The 360° panning base features an independent locking knob.
The VH-30LR includes an extra-long Arca-type quick release plate with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod screws and a lever release for quick and easy attaching and detaching.
