Pipe and truss grids provide a versatile platform for rigging both cameras and lights in overhead positions. The 3-Axis Camera Mounting Plate Kit from Kupo offers a solution by adding multiple degrees of freedom when adjusting camera position and orientation instead of being limited by the range of a single clamp.
The three components of this mounting kit are designed to seamlessly interface with a 2" pipe or truss. Because of this the couplers natively mount to each other to build up a total precision adjustment system. Each clamp provides another configurable axis on which to set the camera, adding up to a potential 360° of pan, tilt, and roll. The camera mounting plate is compatible with most industry-standard cheese plates thanks to its six individual screw ports.
