The Leader Multi Monitor is used in analysis of 3G/HD/SD-SDI sources on a built-in XGA display (1024 x 768), and displays picture, waveform, vector, 5-bar, and status individually and in various screen combinations. Accepting input from 2 sources, the monitor allows you to simultaneously monitor and display both sources in 2 or 4 split screen displays.
Including various support options that can be upgraded as required, the Multi Monitor helps you arrive at an accurate conclusion via an in-detail analysis. With eye pattern and jitter measurement capabilities, the monitor is suitable for evaluating the condition of the incoming SDI signals. In addition, it includes SMPTE recommended filters and auto-measurement capabilities.
Featuring 2 inputs for composite signals with switched monitor output, the monitor allows you to perform picture, waveform, and vector test screens for NTSC/PAL composite systems. With CINELITE, the Multi Monitor allows on-picture measurements of video levels in RGB, Y percentage, and f-stop readings, thus bridging the gap between film and HD production measurements.
The Multi Monitor supports digital audio for both analysis and output of embedded audio over 16 AES/EBU channels which can be set up as either inputs or outputs. Similarly, it supports analog audio over 8 channels, and also allows conversion of digital audio for output across analog channels. In addition, the monitor provides Dolby Digital support and Dolby metadata analysis. With autonomous monitoring and Error Detection, the monitor alerts you when conditions such as audio silence, video freeze, and video black occur, via an alarm.
Featuring Ethernet connectivity, the Multi Monitor enables you to control the monitor from a remote distance over the web using TELNET, FTP, and SNMP protocols. A USB connection port allows you to use a jump drive for storing captured screens, presets, and software / firmware updates.
