Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not great for Rode Micro Boom Pole These are basic plastic rings that attach to a boom pole and hold XLR cabling. These don't work well with the Rode Micro Boom Pole: the clips fit the middle section of the pole, but the upper section is too thin, and the clips don't attach to them. Note that these don't work well for mini cables: I'm using the Rode Video Mic Pro which takes 3.5mm plug and the Rode 10' Stereo Mini cable -- so the part of the clips that hold the cable are too big and don't hold the mini cable in place. If you are using a standard mic with XLR cable, you won't have a problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy, should keep the cable tidy. I haven't used these or the boom pole yet, but the previous attempt with a tripod resulted in many lost takes and cable issues. The boom pole and clips are a little more expensive than gaffer tape, but will look more professional and work easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would not purchase these again. I purchased these for a Mico Boompole. They are only going to fit on the wider bottom part of the pole. I found myself going back to tape and twist ties. There is nothing wrong with them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great clips! These are great durable clips. Definitely holds my larger XLR cables in place so, I get great, uninterrupted sound. I use more than one for better securing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good add on with purchase Of course you don't need these clips to hold the mic cable close to your boom pole , you could use Velcro or rubber bands but these are really convenient v
