Works great with the Tascam DR-05

I have the Tascam DR-05 version 2. It fits on the top without covering the screen or blocking the headphone jack. The elastic band has to be stretched to fit over the top, which means you need two hands to put it on, but it also means it should stay on. Bumping it might knock it off, so be aware. And of course, it does a great job of blocking wind noise.

what is there to say, it works. slides right over the stereo mic on the top of the R-05, cuts low and moderate wind much more efficiently than the wind guard that comes with the device. it even has a small slit in the very center so one can still plug in minijack mic or line if necessary without having to remove your furry little friend.

To be entirely clear, the single Windjammer covers both mics on the recording unit.
