The Hitech 85 x 85mm Day for Night #1 Filter is an effective solution for creating a nighttime or dusk appearance while photographing in daylight. This filter provides a cool color cast and lowered contrast while providing neutral density to help create the illusion of a moonlit, nighttime scene.
This filter measures 3.35 x 3.35" / 85 x 85mm and is compatible with the Cokin P filter holder. There is a 1 stop density that should only partially be compensated for in order to retain some of the darkness and underexposure inherent to a nighttime image.
