The CablesToGo Infrared Remote Control Repeater Kit repeats IR signals through emitters for extending the reach of a standard IR remote control. Mounting the IR receiver in a central location and connecting it to the IR distribution block, the kit allows you to control up to 4 components (expandable up to 12). Featuring a 9’ (2.74 m) long cable, the repeater kit allows you to control components mounted in places beyond the line of sight for IR signals. In addition, it provides confirmation for reception of IR signals via blinking blue LEDs.
Note:
Careful consideration must be used when placing the IR receiver near a plasma display. Since a plasma display emits IR frequencies during use, it may cause interference.
