The Gefen 4x1 DisplayPort KVM Switcher allows you to switch 4 different computers to single display, thereby reducing the number of displays, keyboards, and other accessories for each computer. It works with both Mac and Windows OS and supports USB 2.0 with backward compatibility for USB 1.1.
Using DisplayPort and USB, the switcher is compatible with all operating systems. It supports RGB YCbCr color spaces with resolution of up to 2560 x 1600. In addition to an IR Remote control, the rack-mountable switcher has a RS-232 port for switching automation.
