This FL190K 110Ws One-Light Softbox Kit from Smith-Victor is a terrific lightweight one-light monolight kit that contains all the basics. The 110Ws 110i monolight weighs less than a pound and has a 60W modeling lamp. An 8' (2.43 m) light stand, a 24" (60 cm) square softbox, a flashtube and a modeling light lamp, sync cord, power cord and a soft carrying case round out the kit. The monolight has a built-in slave, recycles in 2 to 4 seconds and can be operated at full or half power.
