The Scuba Series HD 720P 12 MP Camera Mask with Mid-Size Skirt is one of the Xtreme Sport Cams from Liquid Image. It's a hands-free underwater photography solution. It's a dive mask with an integrated, water-resistant HD / High Definition 720P digital video camera--which shoots 12 MP still images! The mask has a depth rating of 130' (39.6 m). Ideal for scuba diving, the mask is also great for snorkeling, spearfishing and freediving--basically any underwater activity during which you would want to take photographs while your hands are free to work.
The goggle lenses are made of tempered glass and feature integrated crosshairs to help you line up your shots. Choose a camera mode to suit your needs or preferences using the upper button. Just press the shutter button to record pictures or HD video. The LED inside the mask indicates whether you are in still image or video mode.
Downloading images is as simple as plugging in the mask to your PC's or Mac's USB port (RCA / USB 2.0 cable included) and pressing the power button. TV playback is also possible with the RCA / USB cable. The bundled software (for PC only) enables you to edit your content. A microSD/SDHC card slot lets you add up to 16 GB currently (at time of this writing) and will soon allow up to 32 GB of memory for additional picture or video storage space. The mask is powered by 4 AAA lithium or alkaline batteries (lithium included).
Note: This mid-size mask fits the majority of people. The mask frame is the same size in both the mid- and large / extra-large size models.
