The Convergent Design 3D Firmware Upgrade for Gemini 4:4:4 Recorder unlocks the ability of the recorder to record 3D videos. A 3D/stereo functionality enables dual-stream recording and playback in a single Gemini unit. Besides independent left/right channel files recording, the recorder offers complete synchronized playback of two streams as well as side-by-side, 50/50 composite, or anaglyph combinations. In addition, the Gemini can output 3D video in multiple formats simultaneously (side-by-side and 50/50 composite) aiding camera alignment and monitoring.
