The Omega Focus Knob for 4550 / 4500 Enlargers is a replacement white light lever for the 4550 and 4500 enlargers. When you flip it, the lever removes the color filters, leaving only white light shining through the negative. It's designed to provide better focusing in situations where there are a lot of filter values dialed in and the image is dim. You can flip easily back and forth without changing color settings.
