The Fiio D3 Digital to Analog Audio Converter accepts digital audio signals over a coaxial or optical channel and converts it to a 2-channel (L / R) analog audio output, which can then be fed to an amplifier. In addition, it features a built-in PLL (Phase Locked Loop) with a WM8805 low-jitter digital receiver chip.
Using an up / down switch, you can toggle between coaxial and optical inputs. In addition, the converter can be powered via the mini USB power supply port.
An indicator on the device displays the digital signal receiving status (LOCKED). The D3 audio converter is suitable for use with several devices including televisions and CD / DVD / Blu-ray players.
